February Snow

February snow is better than January snow! Less than 12 hours after it snowed 5+ inches I can see pavement out the window. The warm, happy sunshine is making the streets that were plowed just this morning all melty and nice. Yeah for February snow!

I hadn't ever thought of classifying the snow by month...we usually grade it by if it is snowman snow or not. There is also the sparkly kind and the plain kind. Hubby classifies it by broom or shovel snow. There is always that 'new snow' look compared to the dingy, don't-you-dare-eat-it-kids kind of snow.

I'm thinking tomorrow, a snowman is in order :)

I love sparkly snow.

Snowman? Can't we just hope it's all gone by tomorrow?

I don't know...I don't like it when the snow gets all nasty and dirty. You know?

After the snow gets all nasty and dirty it likes to stick to the car's mud flaps. I like kickin' the flaps and watchin' the big blob fall off on to the street.

Ah, cheap thrills...what can I say?

We got some snow on Saturday, but since it's fifteen frickin' below zero, it's staying a while.

kt, we call those "car balls" and kick them at every opportunity. I have yet to set off a car alarm, but I think it's only a matter of time.
